All funds deposited into your account must be from a Payment Method registered under your own name.
We are obliged to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited in your trading account.
The regulatory requirements to deposit with each payment method are:
• Bank Card – Confirm that the card belongs to you- upload a photo/scan of your bank card/recent bank card statement or a document from the bank.
• Wire transfer - upload a photo/scan of a proof of payment.
• Neteller/Skrill account - upload a screen-shot to confirm your account ownership
• For all other deposit methods: Proof of transfer, (screenshots indicating that the account used to deposit into the capex.com/en trading account online is acceptable).
No, you may not.
All deposits made on our website must originate from your own sources and must be registered in your name.
CAPEX.com does not charge any deposit fees.
If you've deposited in a different currency than the one of your investing account, you may be required to cover commissions or other charges applied for the currency conversion process or any other fees & taxes related to bank fees and policies.
Even more, you should know that all fees and taxes related to any transactions are strictly your liability.
CAPEX.com will apply a conversion fee to your transaction when the currency of your account differs from the currency of the traded instrument.
Let's assume you have successfully deposited funds using a Bank Card or any other payment method, except wire transfer, but you still need to complete the “Verification Process”. In that case, the amount will be reflected in your trading account under the orange "Pending Deposits" tab.
If you deposited through wire transfer, please keep in mind that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to reach our bank account and the amount will be reflected on your trading account only after the “Verification Process” is completed.
Please note that you may not start trading until the verification procedures are fully completed.
