UK company insolvencies hit new pandemic highs in November
  • #Oil prices have rallied back to their pre-pandemic levels and then some, but U.S. crude production has yet to fully rebound
  • Company insolvencies in England and Wales rose last month to their highest level since January 2019, surpassing pre-COVID levels for the first time
