  • Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
  • Experience governing and managing Power Platform environments, with the Power Platform admin center
  • Experience assessing and migrating business processes to the Power Platform
  • Continued growth and development of technical skillset focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure



Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer information systems, or a related field; or equivalent years of working experience in information technology (2 years minimum)

Your role – what you will be doing:

  • Contribute to the overall corporate reporting of the Group’s financial position and the reasons behind variations
  • Coordination with external accountants and review of their deliverables for individual Group companies to ensure compliance with internal requirements and support future growth
  • Responsible for the correctness and booking of all accruals in the month
  • Proposes solutions in order to rectify potential errors as well as to increase the efficiency of operations/reduce costs
  • Suggests adjustments and revisions to accounting and financial information;
  • Liaise with Operations to assist in financial reporting and controlling, as well as to develop tailored reports for their needs
  • Liaise with external auditors

How we picture your profile:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of previous experience in a financial role (Big4, financial controlling, financial reporting)
  • English proficiency (written and oral)
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good IFRS and financial reporting knowledge
  • Experience preparing ad-hoc reports and analyses, as requested by Management

We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to provide enterprise-level assistance to our employees. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our employees install applications and programs. IT Help Desk Technician responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Taking ownership of faults and managing them in a logical and methodical manner
  • Ensuring all faults are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams
  • Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with first-time fault resolution

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Hands-on experience with Networking & Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
