New gadgets from Apple

After we talked about the "Time Flies" event yesterday, now it's time to speak about Apple's new products.

It introduced the new Apple Watch Series 6 with two price points: one at $399, and the basic Apple Watch SE for $279. The watch's new feature includes blood oxygen monitoring, which aims to beat Fitbit watches that already have the feature implemented. Also, it is the first time when the watch is not paired with an iPhone.

Apple also released bundles with prices varying between $15 and $30 per month. The bundle could include a family plan with television, music and games, news, and even fitness services and increased cloud storage capacity.

Alongside watches and bundles, 8 new and improved iPads have been released. The watches and iPads can be pre-ordered starting tomorrow.

The famous iPhone is expected to hit the shelves next month, given the fact that the production has been delayed due to pandemic-induced disruptions.

After the event, Apple shares closed 0.2% higher. Year-to-date, the stock price added more than 50%, while TECH100 went up 23%.
