Ethereum continues its upward trajectory

The second-largest cryptocurrency in the world by market cap seems to be on a roll, given the recent price increases

According to data from Investing.com, Ethereum reached $2,467.56, having gained 10.20% on the day. This marked the cryptocurrency’s most significant daily gain since March 1.

Overall, Ethereum’s market capitalization hit $283.32 billion, or 14.68% of the overall cryptocurrency market cap. Despite the rally, its market cap is still below its all-time high of $290.29 billion.

Despite its latest gain, Ethereum is still 6.64% down from its all-time high of $2,642.99 reported on April 22.

On the other hand, Bitcoin traded at $52,386.6, up 4.40%. Its market cap was $970.42 billion, or 50.28% of the total cryptocurrencies’ market cap.
