Talent Acquisition Specialist


For the Bucharest Global HQ, Key Way Group is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, a strategic, passionate professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market.

1. Talent Acquisition Specialist

a. Will be in charge of:
• Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Review employment applications and background check reports
• Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
• Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
• Communicate regularly with the team to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
• Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
• Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

3. Recruiting and Onboarding process
After applying to our job opening, you will be contacted, and a first interview will be set up, in which we will have the chance to get acquainted, find out more about you, offer you an opportunity to know more about us and understand if there is a fit between you and our company’s open position(s).
The next interview will be held with at least one of your direct Managers or future colleagues, thus offering the chance to thoroughly understand the soft and hard skills required for you to perform in the position. A practical application or test will most likely accompany this interviewing step.
Our recruiting processes usually span 3-4 weeks from start to contract signing, enabling both us and every candidate to have a very clear image of the new job, responsibilities, KPI’s, and career path.
